There is no VAT on these services.
Cancellation policy
Appointments can only be cancelled with min. 48 hours notice, in which case you can either book a new appointment or get your money back. If less than 48 hours notice is given BreastHealth UK reserve the right to charge your credit card and will try and find alternative data as soon as is mutually possible. "No show" will result in BreastHealth UK charging your credit card without any obligation to find new appointment. All cancellations will be allocated a reference number. In case of "No show" this reference number must be quoted if contacted by BreastHealth UK. If reference number is not available appointment will be charged in full.
